This document forms part of your legal relationship with FUNDED IQ LLC. In this document, we, us, and our mean FUNDED IQ LLC. You and your mean you as the person this document applies to. Read this document together with the General Terms and Conditions and any Product Schedule, programme terms, agreement, or policy incorporated into your Order or account.
FundedIQ provides simulated CFD evaluation and funded-account services. FundedIQ is not a broker, deposit-taker, custodian, or investment adviser, and the balances shown in FundedIQ accounts are not customer funds.
1. Eligibility Standard
We serve only adults who have capacity to contract, pass required verification, use the service personally, and are located in a jurisdiction we can lawfully and operationally serve. Availability may differ by programme, payment provider, platform, instrument, and reward method.
2. Restricted Locations
We do not provide a service where doing so would violate applicable sanctions, export controls, local law, provider restrictions, or our documented risk appetite. The current country availability shown at registration and checkout is incorporated into the Order. A country not selectable is restricted for that transaction unless support confirms otherwise in writing.
3. Restricted Persons
- A person subject to an applicable asset freeze, blocking measure, or service prohibition
- A person using false, borrowed, or concealed identity or location information
- A person acting for an undisclosed third party or prohibited beneficial owner
- A minor or person without legal capacity
- A person previously terminated for fraud or serious abuse, unless we approve reinstatement in writing
4. Location Evidence
We may consider verified identity and address documents, provider results, payment country, device and network location, telephone details, and travel explanations. Self-declaration or an IP address alone is not always decisive. A secure VPN may be used for privacy but not to disguise a prohibited location.
5. Travel and Relocation
You should update residence details and notify support before prolonged relocation to a country with different availability. Temporary travel may trigger re-verification. We may limit new purchases, trading, or rewards while we confirm that continued service is lawful and supported.
6. Changes
Sanctions and provider restrictions can change quickly. We may act immediately where a new legal prohibition applies. In other cases, we give reasonable notice and seek a fair wind-down, refund, or alternative where practicable. Mandatory blocking and reporting duties take priority.
7. No Circumvention
Using a proxy, VPN, remote desktop, nominee, shell entity, third-party payment, false address, or shared account to evade a restriction is a material breach. We may terminate connected profiles and withhold only those amounts lawfully affected by the breach or restriction.
