Intellectual Property and Brand Use Policy

About This Document

This document forms part of your legal relationship with FUNDED IQ LLC. In this document, we, us, and our mean FUNDED IQ LLC. You and your mean you as the person this document applies to. Read this document together with the General Terms and Conditions and any Product Schedule, programme terms, agreement, or policy incorporated into your Order or account.

FundedIQ provides simulated CFD evaluation and funded-account services. FundedIQ is not a broker, deposit-taker, custodian, or investment adviser, and the balances shown in FundedIQ accounts are not customer funds.

1. Ownership

We and our licensors own the websites, applications, software, designs, databases, text, graphics, videos, certificates, reports, rule structures, analytics, and the FundedIQ name, logos, and marks. Third-party platform and provider names remain their owners' property.

2. Trader Licence

During your active account, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for its intended personal purpose. No source code, data feed, model, platform right, trademark right, or resale right is transferred.

3. Restrictions

• Copying, republishing, selling, sublicensing, scraping, or commercially exploiting substantial FundedIQ content or data
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting source code, bypassing technical protections, or creating a confusingly similar service
• Removing notices, falsifying certificates or results, or using FundedIQ materials to deceive
• Registering a FundedIQ or confusingly similar mark, company, domain, handle, keyword, application, or account
• Using brand assets in a way that implies sponsorship, employment, guaranteed results, or regulated status

4. Permitted References

You may make truthful, non-misleading references to your own FundedIQ experience and may share an authentic certificate or dashboard image after removing credentials and third-party data. Fair criticism, commentary, and legally permitted quotation remain allowed. Affiliates must also follow the Affiliate Programme Terms and current brand guide.

5. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you grant FundedIQ a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without identifying you or disclosing confidential information. This does not transfer ownership of a separately submitted original work unless agreed in writing.

6. Claims and Contact

A rights holder may send a detailed infringement notice to support@fundediq.com with the subject Intellectual Property Notice. Include the protected work, location, basis of authority, complained-of material, contact details, and a good-faith statement. We may remove material while investigating and may request further evidence.
