Affiliate Programme Terms

About This Document

This document forms part of your legal relationship with FUNDED IQ LLC. In this document, we, us, and our mean FUNDED IQ LLC. You and your mean you as an approved FundedIQ affiliate. Read this document together with the General Terms and Conditions and any Product Schedule, programme terms, agreement, or policy incorporated into your Order or account.

FundedIQ provides simulated CFD evaluation and funded-account services. FundedIQ is not a broker, deposit-taker, custodian, or investment adviser, and the balances shown in FundedIQ accounts are not customer funds.

1. Appointment

We appoint you as a non-exclusive independent affiliate to promote eligible FundedIQ CFD services through your approved channels. You have no authority to bind us, make guarantees, accept money, provide account support as FundedIQ, appoint sub-affiliates, or present yourself as our employee, broker, investment adviser, or agent.

2. Approval and Verification

You must provide accurate identity or business details, beneficial ownership where relevant, traffic sources, audience locations, websites and social channels, tax information, and payment ownership. We may approve, reject, limit, or condition an application. KYC or KYB, sanctions, fraud, and payment checks must be complete before commission is paid.

3. Eligible Commission

Commission is earned on the first qualifying paid CFD challenge purchase by a genuinely new customer attributed to you, and on later purchases only as set out below. It is calculated on the net qualifying purchase value actually retained by us, excluding taxes, provider charges, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, credits, duplicate orders, resets, add-ons, activation fees, and non-eligible products unless your Affiliate Schedule expressly includes them.

A later qualifying paid CFD challenge purchase by the same customer (a repeat purchase) earns commission only if the Affiliate Schedule in force when it is made provides for repeat purchase commission, the customer's first qualifying purchase earned commission under this clause, and the repeat purchase is made within the number of months that schedule sets from that first purchase. A repeat purchase earns the repeat purchase rate that schedule sets for your tier or, if you are a Strategic affiliate, the repeat purchase rate in your written individual schedule, and earns nothing where no such rate is set. The exclusions in this clause apply to repeat purchases in the same way.

5. Attribution

A referral is attributed when the customer follows your approved tracking link or uses an assigned code and registers within thirty days. Attribution is locked at registration to the eligible affiliate record. our server-side records control, subject to correction of a proven tracking error. Last-click replacement, cookie overwriting, forced redirects, extensions, toolbars, code injection, or interference with another affiliate's attribution are prohibited.

6. Validation and Payout

A qualifying commission enters a thirty-day validation period after confirmed payment. Validated commission is paid monthly after the approved balance reaches USD 100. Amounts below the threshold carry forward. We may maintain a reasonable rolling reserve for elevated refund or chargeback risk and will disclose an account-specific reserve in writing.

7. Reversals

Commission is not earned or may be reversed for a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, fraud, duplicate or test order, self-referral, prohibited location, cancelled service, attribution manipulation, false identity, or material affiliate breach connected to the conversion. We provide a ledger reason. A negative balance carries forward and is not collected from you unless caused by fraud or a deliberate breach.

8. Approved Marketing

You may use current assets and factual statements supplied in your affiliate portal, create original educational content consistent with our documents, and disclose your personal opinions and results honestly. Required disclosures must be clear, prominent, close to the endorsement, and understandable in the audience's language.

9. Mandatory Disclosures

• State clearly that you may receive commission
• State that FundedIQ accounts and trading are simulated
• Do not imply deposits, live customer capital, guaranteed funding, guaranteed rewards, employment, investment returns, or regulated brokerage services
• Disclose material conditions of any price, code, reward share, or limited-time claim
• Use testimonials and performance examples only with permission, context, and a clear statement that results are not typical or guaranteed

10. Prohibited Promotion

• Spam, purchased lists without lawful consent, unsolicited messaging, harassment, or misleading direct outreach
• False reviews, fabricated earnings, doctored dashboards, undisclosed paid endorsements, or impersonation
• Bidding on FundedIQ trademarks or confusing misspellings in paid search without written approval
• Domains, handles, apps, groups, or pages that impersonate FundedIQ or imply ownership
• Cookie stuffing, adware, malware, pop-under traffic, forced clicks, invisible frames, incentivised clicks, or automated traffic
• Promotion to minors, sanctioned persons, restricted locations, or audiences you know cannot lawfully purchase
• Giving legal, tax, investment, or personalised trading advice on our behalf

11. Codes and Pricing

A code may be published only as authorised. You must remove an expired or withdrawn offer promptly. You may not alter checkout, collect the customer's payment, resell accounts, bundle FundedIQ with an undisclosed paid service, or advertise a price we have not approved.

12. Master Affiliates, Sub-Affiliates and Agencies

A media buyer, agency, influencer, contractor, or anyone else who promotes FundedIQ for you may be used only with our written approval. You remain responsible for their conduct, disclosures, traffic sources, and data handling. Commission splitting with them is a private arrangement and does not make FundedIQ liable to them.

We may approve you in writing as a master affiliate. A master affiliate may invite people to apply to join its team as sub-affiliates. Each sub-affiliate applies in its own name, must be approved by us under clause 2, accepts the programme documents, and has its own links and ledger. A team is one level deep: a sub-affiliate cannot recruit. We may limit or withdraw approval to recruit at any time.

Unless we approve a master-paid team for you, we pay each sub-affiliate its own commission and pay you a master override, shown in your ledger as Team override, on each purchase that earns a sub-affiliate commission. The override is either a percentage of the net qualifying purchase value on which that commission is calculated, or a fixed amount per purchase that is paid in full whatever the purchase value. We tell you which applies, and the amount, in your affiliate portal or otherwise in writing. The override is paid on top of the sub-affiliate's commission and never reduces it.

Your override on a repeat purchase under clause 3 is set separately from your override on a first purchase. It may be a percentage of the net qualifying purchase value, a fixed amount per repeat purchase that is paid in full whatever the purchase value, or nothing. We tell you which applies, and the amount, in your affiliate portal or otherwise in writing, and unless we have told you otherwise no override is paid on repeat purchases.

An override follows the commission it comes from. It has the same validation period, and it is held, not earned, or reversed whenever that commission is under clauses 6 and 7. The override for a purchase is the one in force when we record the purchase, and none is earned on a purchase recorded while your account is not active, including while it is suspended or after termination. Validated overrides are paid with your own commission under clause 6.

If we approve a master-paid team for you in writing, commission on purchases by customers attributed to your sub-affiliates is paid to you at your own rate (on a repeat purchase, your own repeat purchase rate under clause 3) instead of to them, and no master override applies. You pay your sub-affiliates under your own arrangement with them, which is private and does not make FundedIQ liable to them. A sub-affiliate in a master-paid team is paid by its master, except that we pay it directly at its own rate for a purchase recorded while its master's account is not active.

You earn nothing for recruiting as such, only on qualifying purchases by your sub-affiliates' customers. You must not charge anyone to join your team, require anyone to make a purchase, promise earnings, or describe the programme differently from this document and your affiliate portal. You must tell us promptly about any breach by a sub-affiliate that you become aware of.

We may change or end your master override, or your team's pay arrangement, for future purchases under clause 18. If your master approval or your participation in the programme ends, your sub-affiliates remain in the programme under their own agreements with us.

13. Data Protection

You may process only the referral and campaign data necessary for lawful promotion. You must publish an appropriate privacy notice, obtain consent where required, honour marketing choices, secure personal data, and not upload customer data to us without a lawful basis. We do not provide affiliates with trader KYC, trading, payment, or reward data.

14. Monitoring and Audit

We may review placements, traffic quality, complaints, conversion anomalies, brand bidding, disclosures, and refund or chargeback patterns. You must keep relevant campaign and consent records for at least two years and provide proportionate evidence on request. An alert is investigated before a final finding where practicable.

15. Intellectual Property

We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use approved brand assets solely for the programme. Assets may not be altered beyond supplied formats, registered as marks or domains, sublicensed, or used after termination. All goodwill belongs to us.

16. Suspension and Termination

Either party may terminate on written notice. We may suspend links or payouts during a documented investigation and may terminate immediately for fraud, sanctions exposure, spam, impersonation, data misuse, prohibited traffic, or repeated misleading claims. Earned valid commission through termination remains payable after validation; commission caused by the breach is excluded.

17. Taxes Confidentiality and Liability

You are responsible for taxes, licences, staff, and expenses. Non-public rates, security information, customer information, and investigation material are confidential. The General Terms' governing law and liability principles apply, with our aggregate programme liability capped at valid commission paid or payable during the preceding twelve months, subject to non-excludable liability.

18. Programme Changes and Disputes

We may change future rates, thresholds, eligible products, or programme features on at least seven days' notice, or immediately for law, fraud, or security. A validated conversion is governed by the schedule in effect when it was attributed, except that a repeat purchase under clause 3 is governed by the schedule in effect when it is made.
