1. Commitment
We aim to make our public website and trader application usable by people with disabilities and target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 Level AA as the product standard. This is a continuing objective, not a claim that every page or third-party integration is fully conformant today.
2. Measures
- Semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, meaningful labels, text alternatives, and sufficient contrast
- Responsive layouts, zoom support, understandable error messages, and reduced reliance on colour alone
- Accessibility review of high-impact registration, checkout, KYC, account, reward, support, and legal-document journeys
- Supplier and third-party issue tracking where an embedded service creates a barrier
3. Known Limitations
A third-party identity, payment, trading, charting, or anti-bot component may have limitations outside our direct control. Dense trading charts and real-time visual data can also be difficult for some assistive technologies. We will provide reasonable alternative assistance where practicable without weakening security, KYC, or account integrity.
4. Requesting Help
Email support@fundediq.com with the subject Accessibility Request. Describe the page or task, the barrier, the assistive technology or format used, and a preferred contact method. Do not include passwords or sensitive identity documents. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and prioritises barriers that block purchase, KYC, account access, or reward requests.
5. Feedback and Review
Accessibility feedback is recorded, assessed by impact, and used to plan remediation. This Statement is reviewed after material platform changes and at least annually. A good-faith accessibility complaint may also use the Complaints and Appeals Policy.
