This document forms part of your legal relationship with FUNDED IQ LLC. In this document, we, us, and our mean FUNDED IQ LLC. You and your mean you as the person this document applies to. Read this document together with the General Terms and Conditions and any Product Schedule, programme terms, agreement, or policy incorporated into your Order or account.
FundedIQ provides simulated CFD evaluation and funded-account services. FundedIQ is not a broker, deposit-taker, custodian, or investment adviser, and the balances shown in FundedIQ accounts are not customer funds.
1. Simulation Only
Every FundedIQ trading account is simulated. Quotes, liquidity, slippage, latency, execution, commissions, swaps, and availability may be designed to resemble a CFD environment but are not a customer's live-market transactions. Displayed funds are fictitious and cannot be withdrawn.
2. Fee Risk
You can lose the entire service fee by failing, breaching, becoming ineligible, or choosing not to use the service after the refund period. A fee should be paid only from disposable funds. It is not capital placed at risk in a market and is not protected as a bank deposit, client money, or investment.
3. Performance Risk
Most traders should expect that strict targets and loss limits are difficult. Passing, funded-account issue, scaling, and rewards are not guaranteed. Simulated or historical results do not predict later simulated or live results. Leverage can cause rapid simulated gains and losses and can trigger a limit before a visible dashboard refresh.
4. Rule Risk
A profitable account may still fail if it breaches a daily loss, maximum loss, drawdown, inactivity, minimum-day, consistency, exposure, or prohibited-practice rule. You must understand the Product Schedule before trading and maintain a prudent buffer from hard limits.
5. Technology and Provider Risk
Internet, device, platform, hosting, data-feed, authentication, payment, or provider failure may delay access, distort a display, reject an order, or interrupt a request. We investigate reliable incident evidence but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or identical execution to a live broker.
6. Payment and Currency Risk
Payment providers may reject, delay, convert, or charge for a transaction. Crypto transfers may be irreversible, volatile, delayed, or sent to an incorrect network or address. Rewards may incur taxes, conversion, bank, provider, network, or receiving charges.
7. Regulatory Status
We do not provide forex or CFD brokerage, investment advice, execution, custody, or portfolio management. Registration of FUNDED IQ LLC in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is not authorisation, supervision, or endorsement by the Financial Services Authority or another financial regulator. If you are seeking a regulated investment service should not use FundedIQ as a substitute.
8. Behavioural Risk
Repeated purchases, revenge trading, excessive leverage, and treating a challenge as guaranteed income may cause financial stress. You should use a budget, take breaks, and stop purchasing when the service harms your wellbeing. You may ask support for account closure or a reasonable purchase restriction.
