This document forms part of your legal relationship with FUNDED IQ LLC. In this document, we, us, and our mean FUNDED IQ LLC. You and your mean you as the person this document applies to. Read this document together with the General Terms and Conditions and any Product Schedule, programme terms, agreement, or policy incorporated into your Order or account.
FundedIQ provides simulated CFD evaluation and funded-account services. FundedIQ is not a broker, deposit-taker, custodian, or investment adviser, and the balances shown in FundedIQ accounts are not customer funds.
1. Role of the Record
The Product Schedule is generated from our published product configuration and stored with the Order. It converts marketing choices into a binding, auditable rule record. The record supplied in the checkout confirmation or dashboard controls over a general website summary.
2. Required Fields

3. Price and Currency
The checkout total displayed immediately before payment is the price for the Order. A promotional price applies only if accepted by checkout. A displayed simulated balance is not the purchase price and has no cash value. Currency conversion and provider fees may cause the amount debited by a payment provider to differ from the FundedIQ price.
4. Rule Definitions
The record must identify the daily reset time and time zone; whether loss is measured from starting balance, daily starting balance, high-water mark, or another stated reference; whether balance, equity, or the more adverse of them controls; and the treatment of open profit or loss, commissions, swaps, and other charges. If a required field is missing or internally inconsistent, the interpretation more favourable to you apply until we correct the record prospectively, unless an obvious typographical error would produce an absurd result.
5. No Silent Changes
We retain the accepted Product Schedule. A new public price, product configuration, or Trading Rules version does not change an existing Order. We may offer you an optional migration; it takes effect only after clear acceptance.
6. Dashboard Copy
You may download or view the record in the dashboard. If the dashboard display and stored acceptance record differ, we will investigate the authoritative configuration and preserve your right to appeal.
