IQ Account Agreement
Effective date:
This Agreement governs your IQ Account after you complete an eligible FundedIQ evaluation. It explains the simulated nature of the account, the rules you must follow, how you earn Performance Rewards, and your rights if an account or payment is reviewed. The completed commercial terms for IQ One and IQ Core are set out in Schedule B. Each IQ Account requires separate acceptance.
1. Parties and effective date
1.1 This Agreement is between FUNDED IQ LLC, a limited liability company registered at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, trading as FundedIQ, and the verified account holder identified in the electronic acceptance certificate attached to the accepted copy. We use "FundedIQ", "we", "us" and "our" for the Company, and "you" and "your" for the account holder.
1.2 Your verified legal name, address, email, customer reference, IQ Account reference, programme and account size form part of this Agreement through that certificate. You must review those particulars before acceptance. No account may be activated without a complete certificate and a recorded acceptance of this Agreement.
1.3 An individual must operate their own account. If we approve a legal entity, its verified legal name, registration details and authorised representative are recorded in the certificate. The representative confirms their authority to bind the entity. The approved individual operator must be identified before activation.
1.4 The Agreement takes effect when you accept it electronically and FundedIQ sends its acceptance confirmation. The date, time and document version are recorded in the certificate. The publication date of this document is not evidence that an individual trader has signed it.
2. Meaning of key terms
2.1 "IQ Account" means the funded simulated CFD account identified in your acceptance certificate. "Platform" means its trading platform and associated FundedIQ dashboard. "Initial Balance" means the starting virtual balance confirmed for that account, expressed in United States dollars.
2.2 "Balance" means the account value after closed trading results, posted trading costs and account adjustments. "Equity" means Balance plus unrealised profit or loss, less accrued trading costs not already included in Balance. No cost is counted twice.
2.3 "Eligible Net Profit" means realised net simulated performance qualifying for a reward under Section 10 and Schedule B. "Performance Reward" means the resulting contractual monetary payment. A virtual balance and a Performance Reward are different things.
2.4 "Trading Day" means a calendar day from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 UTC on which you open at least one position that is subsequently closed. A position is counted on its opening day; a pending order that is never executed does not count. Multiple positions on one day count as one Trading Day.
2.5 "Business Day" means a day other than Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Calendar-day periods include weekends and holidays.
2.6 The Account Schedule comprises your acceptance certificate and Schedule B. The Trading Rules comprise Sections 7 to 9 and the operational provisions in Schedule B. There are no additional undisclosed funded-stage trading restrictions under this version.
3. Nature of the account
3.1 All activity under this Agreement takes place in a simulated CFD environment. Balances, positions, profit and loss are virtual records used to assess performance. You do not execute real financial-market transactions through this IQ Account.
3.2 The Initial Balance is not a deposit, loan, investment, client-money holding or sum you can withdraw. References to "funded", "capital", "profit" or "trading" do not change that position. Your entitlement to a payment arises only under the Performance Reward provisions.
3.3 This Agreement does not provide personal investment advice or a brokerage account. It does not authorise you to manage client money, solicit investments, represent FundedIQ or place live trades on our behalf.
3.4 You do not reimburse ordinary simulated trading losses. A virtual loss is not a debt. Any separate claim for fraud, deliberate misconduct or another actionable breach must be established under this Agreement and applicable law.
3.5 There is no guaranteed income, reward or future allocation. You should understand the account conditions before trading.
4. Admission and activation
4.1 Activation requires confirmation that you completed the applicable evaluation, a satisfactory trading review, completed identity and eligibility checks, acceptance of this Agreement and its Account Schedule, and an activation confirmation from FundedIQ. Reaching a challenge target alone does not activate an IQ Account.
4.2 We aim to complete routine admission reviews within five Business Days after receiving all required information. If further review is necessary, we will identify what is outstanding and provide an update at least every five Business Days.
4.3 You must not trade before activation. Each additional IQ Account requires a separately accepted agreement or supplement identifying its particulars. Verified identity information may be reused where appropriate, but account-specific acceptance is still required.
4.4 If admission is refused, we will explain the material reason and available complaint route, except where disclosure is legally restricted or would compromise a legitimate security investigation. Evaluation-fee rights remain governed by the applicable purchase terms and mandatory law.
5. Eligibility and verification
5.1 You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity, provide accurate and current information, participate lawfully in your jurisdiction, and do not operate the account for an undisclosed person.
5.2 We do not activate accounts where participation would violate applicable sanctions, law or a necessary payment-provider restriction. Any additional commercial country exclusion must be disclosed before your evaluation purchase and again before acceptance. A later commercial exclusion does not retrospectively invalidate compliant activity or an earned reward.
5.3 Notify us promptly if your name, residence, beneficial ownership, payment details or eligibility changes. We may request proportionate further verification for compliance, security, fraud prevention or payment processing.
5.4 Identity verification is completed through Profile, then FundedIQ Identity, in your dashboard. Use only the secure verification process we designate. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or private wallet keys.
5.5 We may temporarily restrict access or payment while a material verification issue is unresolved. We will specify the information required and ordinarily allow ten Business Days to respond. We will consider a reasonable extension; immediate legal or security restrictions may apply sooner.
6. Account access and security
6.1 Only you, or the approved individual operator for an accepted entity, may operate the IQ Account. You must not sell, rent, transfer, sublicense or share it, or permit an unauthorised person to trade it.
6.2 Protect your credentials, use available account-security controls and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Approval to use software or copying tools does not transfer your responsibility for compliance.
6.3 A change of device, shared network, travel or permitted VPS is not conclusive evidence of misconduct. We may consider these circumstances with other relevant evidence. You must not use technology to conceal identity, circumvent eligibility restrictions or defeat account controls.
7. Trading conditions
7.1 Schedule B sets the applicable risk limits, instruments, permissions, reward requirements and account-administration conditions. The IQ One or IQ Core column applies according to the programme identified in your acceptance certificate.
7.2 Evaluation-stage targets do not continue into the funded stage unless expressly stated here. Neither funded-stage programme has a profit target, completion deadline, minimum number of Trading Days, consistency percentage, minimum profitable-day amount or maximum single-day profit share.
7.3 You must comply with the stated conditions. We may not retrospectively introduce an unpublished numerical limit or strategy restriction to classify previously compliant activity as a breach.
7.4 Ask support before trading if a condition is unclear. A support response changes the contract only when an authorised account-specific amendment is clearly identified, accepted and retained with the agreement record.
7.5 Normal market losses, ordinary use of an expressly permitted strategy, a profitable result or a change in trading style do not by themselves establish prohibited conduct.
8. Loss limits and account controls
8.1 Daily and overall limits are equity-based and monitored continuously. A breach occurs when Equity is equal to or below either applicable floor, not only when it falls below it. Open losses and all applicable trading costs count.
8.2 The daily floor is the daily reference minus the daily loss allowance. The daily reference is the higher of your Balance and your Equity recorded at 00:00 UTC. The allowance is 3% of the daily reference for IQ One and 5% of the daily reference for IQ Core, so it rises and falls with that reference. The daily floor is set once a day at 00:00 UTC and does not move during the day. An open loss at reset remains included in Equity.
8.3 The overall floor follows your programme's drawdown method in Schedule B. Under the static method it is fixed at Initial Balance minus the overall loss allowance. Under the trailing method it starts at the same level and rises as your Equity reaches new highs: at any moment it is the highest Equity your account has reached minus the overall loss allowance, and it never falls. The overall loss allowance is 6% of Initial Balance for IQ One and 10% of Initial Balance for IQ Core, and is always calculated on Initial Balance. The higher of the daily and overall floors is the effective minimum Equity at any moment.
8.4 If a threshold is reached, we may automatically block new orders, close simulated positions, suspend trading or terminate the account. Controls do not guarantee a particular closing price or that a breach can always be prevented.
8.5 A delayed dashboard display does not change the formula. Platform and dashboard differences must be investigated using recorded transactions and timestamps. Automated flags may be corrected where the underlying calculation or data is wrong.
8.6 A reward reset means the closure of the IQ Account whose request was approved and, once the reward is paid, the issue of a new IQ Account at Initial Balance under clause 10.6. The reset is an administrative step, not a loss or breach. The new account starts with its own daily floor and overall floor, each calculated from Initial Balance under your programme's method.
9. Prohibited conduct
9.1 You must not falsify documents, identity, payment information, trading records or evidence; use unauthorised account-management or passing services; allow another person to control your account; or operate for an undisclosed beneficiary.
9.2 You must not deliberately exploit stale prices, execution errors, platform defects or data-feed discrepancies to manufacture results. Genuine price-risk trading is distinct from knowingly exploiting an execution defect.
9.3 You must not coordinate accounts, offset positions across accounts or arrange third-party trades primarily to neutralise evaluation risk, manipulate rewards or circumvent account limits. Ordinary hedging within one IQ Account is permitted subject to its risk limits.
9.4 You must not copy external traders or commercial signal feeds. Copying between your own eligible FundedIQ accounts is permitted only under Schedule B and must not be used for opposing-account risk neutralisation or allocation circumvention.
9.5 You must not introduce malicious software, overload the Platform, bypass security, interfere with other users or disguise account ownership. You must not engage in unlawful activity, payment fraud or knowingly false payment claims.
9.6 Manual trading, scalping, swing trading and personal automated strategies are permitted unless the conduct breaches a specific provision of this Agreement. Profitability, short holding time, high trade frequency or an unusual position size alone is not proof of abuse.
10. Performance Rewards
10.1 Your reward equals 80% of Eligible Net Profit. FundedIQ retains the remaining 20%. There is no separate reward cap, reserve deduction or performance fee under this version.
10.2 Eligible Net Profit is the positive excess of Balance over Initial Balance when your request is locked for review, after all positions are closed, all pending orders are cancelled and trading costs are posted. Administrative credits, deposits and amounts already rewarded are excluded. Duplicate costs are not deducted again.
10.3 A deficit below Initial Balance must be recovered before any further reward is earned. There is no separate loss carry-forward once that deficit has been recovered. Trading performance is not counted twice across requests.
10.4 The first request may be made 14 calendar days after the first executed trade on the IQ Account. Each later request is made from the new IQ Account issued after the previous payment and may be made 14 calendar days after the first executed trade on that account. The minimum payment to you is USD 100.
10.5 You earn a reward when these objective conditions and the applicable compliance requirements are satisfied. Review verifies that entitlement; it does not create an unrestricted discretion to refuse a valid reward. Dashboard estimates remain provisional until checked.
10.6 A request closes the IQ Account at the moment you submit it. Any open position is closed, pending orders are cancelled, the calculation is locked and trading on that account ends; the account is not reopened. On approval, 80% of Eligible Net Profit is payable to you. After that payment is made, a new IQ Account is issued at Initial Balance and the next cycle starts on that account. If a request is withdrawn or rejected for an unmet timing or administrative condition, no profit is removed, the account stays closed and you may submit a new request against the same locked calculation once the condition is met. A rejection for an established material breach is treated under clause 10.7. Any question about a decision on a request is raised directly with our risk team under Section 22.
10.7 Amounts attributable to an established material breach may be excluded with a reasoned calculation. New rules may not retrospectively reduce an earned reward. A later breach does not by itself erase an unrelated reward already earned.
10.8 No challenge-fee reimbursement, scaling increase or reward-percentage increase is included in this Agreement. A more favourable express entitlement under your original purchase terms remains enforceable.
11. Requests and payment
11.1 Submit reward requests through your FundedIQ dashboard. Provide accurate payment details and reasonably necessary identity, invoice or tax information. Payments are made only to a destination that is yours: an approved bank account in your verified name or the name of the approved contracting entity, or a USDT wallet that you control.
11.2 We review a complete ordinary request within three Business Days and initiate an approved payment within two further Business Days. You choose how you are paid from the methods offered in your dashboard; none is a default. Under this version they are bank transfer in USD and USDT (clause 11.7). Your bank's receipt and conversion times, and blockchain confirmation times, are outside the payment-initiation deadline.
11.3 FundedIQ charges no payout-processing fee and bears its sending-bank charge or, for USDT, the network fee for sending. Any receiving-bank fee or currency conversion must be disclosed for your acceptance where known; we will not add an undisclosed company fee. No fixed foreign-exchange rate is promised.
11.4 If a provider rejects a payment, the earned reward remains due. We will seek a lawful supported alternative. Payments to unrelated third parties are not available under this version.
11.5 A compliance hold must satisfy Section 12. We will identify the outstanding issue and provide updates. We may withhold tax only where legally required, and will provide supporting information where applicable. You remain responsible for your own tax reporting.
11.6 We may recover a duplicate or demonstrably erroneous payment. Other offsets require an amount you admit is due or that is finally determined to be due. We will provide the basis and calculation before an offset unless law requires otherwise.
11.7 A USDT payment is made at one USDT for each US dollar of the reward, to the wallet address and network recorded on your request. We pay only on networks we support; if we cannot pay on the network you selected, we will ask you to choose another. A blockchain transfer cannot be reversed: you are responsible for giving a correct address on the network you select, and a payment sent to that address and network is complete. We may decline a wallet we cannot lawfully pay, including one linked to sanctions, and offer a bank transfer instead.
12. Reviews and investigations
12.1 We may review activity, platform logs, verification information and relevant account relationships. We may request a proportionate explanation of your activity or tools. An explanation does not require disclosure of passwords, private keys or proprietary source code.
12.2 A temporary trading restriction or payment hold requires reasonable grounds relating to a material issue. We will identify the concern, relevant rule, affected activity and information needed, and ordinarily allow ten Business Days for your response.
12.3 We target completion within 15 Business Days after receiving the necessary information and provide an update at least every five Business Days. If longer is reasonably necessary, we will explain the reason and provide a revised estimate. A lawful investigation may continue beyond the target; silence does not automatically decide the outcome.
12.4 You will receive the decision and its material reasons. Disclosure may be limited to protect another person's data, comply with law or preserve a legitimate security investigation.
12.5 A hold is not a forfeiture. We will release any reasonably separable, unaffected earned amount. A concern on one account does not automatically establish a breach on every associated account.
13. Breaches and corrective action
13.1 For an established breach, we may warn, request correction, restrict a tool, exclude affected results, suspend or terminate the account, or decline future participation. The action must be proportionate to the seriousness and effect of the breach.
13.2 Immediate termination may be appropriate for fraud, unauthorised account control, serious system abuse, a legal prohibition or an established loss-limit breach. A correctable administrative breach ordinarily receives ten Business Days to remedy it.
13.3 A reward adjustment must identify the relevant contractual condition, affected activity and calculation. We will not automatically forfeit unrelated earned rewards because another account or later period is under review.
13.4 There is no fixed contractual fine under this Agreement. A separate damages claim requires a lawful basis and may not duplicate amounts already recovered. You may request a review through Section 22.
14. Technical incidents
14.1 Simulated conditions may differ from live markets in spreads, slippage, liquidity, latency and execution. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular execution price.
14.2 Report a suspected incident promptly, ideally within 48 hours of discovery, with account reference, instrument, time zone, timestamp and available evidence. A reasonable reporting delay does not automatically remove a valid claim.
14.3 Platform records are evidence, not conclusive proof where a material error is established. We will investigate relevant discrepancies and provide an outcome. Appropriate remedies may include corrected records, restored status, recalculated rewards or replacement access.
14.4 Corrections must be consistent. We will not retain an erroneous result solely because it favours FundedIQ while disregarding a comparable error that favours you. No correction guarantees a hypothetical trade outcome that cannot reasonably be established.
15. Fees and programme changes
15.1 There is no funded-stage activation, subscription, platform or inactivity fee under this version. Trading costs described in Schedule B still affect simulated results.
15.2 Evaluation-fee refunds remain governed by the purchase terms and mandatory law. An earned refund or reimbursement under those terms is not removed by this Agreement.
15.3 Scaling, account merging and reward-share upgrades are not included. They require a separately accepted amendment. Marketing about a possible future programme does not automatically change your account.
16. Data and intellectual property
16.1 FundedIQ and its licensors retain their rights in the Platform and supplied materials. You retain rights in independently owned strategies and software; this Agreement does not transfer your source code.
16.2 We may record and analyse your IQ Account activity to deliver the service, assess performance, investigate compliance, manage operational risk and improve products, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
16.3 This version does not authorise FundedIQ to use your signals for its own live-market trading. Any such use requires a separate express agreement defining the permission, responsibilities and any additional remuneration.
16.4 Public use of your name, image, testimonial or identifiable results requires a separate lawful basis and permission where required. Declining publicity does not affect a valid reward.
17. Privacy and confidentiality
17.1 We process identity and contact information, verification records, account activity, security information and payment records for account administration, contract performance, compliance, fraud prevention and payment. Information is shared only as necessary with relevant service providers, professional advisers or legally authorised recipients, subject to appropriate safeguards.
17.2 The Privacy Policy delivered with the signing package explains processing bases, recipients, transfers, retention and your rights. Its delivered version is preserved with your certificate. It is a privacy notice, not authority to change trading conditions or reward percentages. Separate consent is obtained where legally required.
17.3 Each Party must protect genuinely confidential information received from the other and use it only for lawful purposes connected with the relationship. This does not restrict information lawfully public, independently developed or lawfully obtained elsewhere.
17.4 Confidentiality does not prevent disclosures to professional advisers, legally required disclosures, good-faith complaints, truthful reviews, regulatory reports or the exercise of legal rights. No non-disparagement restriction applies under this Agreement.
18. Independent relationship
18.1 You are not appointed as our employee, partner, agent or representative. You choose whether and when to participate, subject to the stated account conditions, and may not bind FundedIQ.
18.2 There is no salary, minimum income or employment benefit. Classification of the relationship remains subject to mandatory law regardless of the labels used here.
19. Duration and termination
19.1 The Agreement continues from its effective date until terminated. You may request closure through the dashboard or by email to support@fundediq.com. We may terminate for an established material breach, continuing ineligibility, legal prohibition or failure to complete necessary verification after reasonable notice.
19.2 FundedIQ may terminate without alleging misconduct on 30 calendar days' written notice. An immediate legal or security restriction may apply earlier. Earned payment obligations remain in place.
19.3 For inactivity, we send a warning after 30 consecutive calendar days without an executed trade and allow seven further calendar days before suspension. You may request reactivation within the following 30 calendar days without a fee, subject to continued eligibility. We may close the account after that period on a further seven calendar days' notice.
19.4 Close positions before voluntary closure or a notified termination deadline. Remaining positions are closed at the first available simulated bid for a long position or ask for a short position after termination takes effect, with applicable costs. A material pricing error remains subject to Section 14.
19.5 On closure, positive compliant performance is settled at the 80% reward share. The ordinary USD 100 minimum and cycle timing requirements are waived for final settlement on voluntary closure, inactivity closure or termination for convenience. A breach-related deduction must satisfy Sections 12 and 13.
19.6 Virtual balances are not redeemable. We retain or delete information under the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. Payment obligations, confidentiality, privacy and accrued rights survive termination where relevant.
20. Amendments
20.1 Proposed changes must identify the revised text, effective date and material differences. A change to an existing account's reward share, risk limits or other material commercial conditions requires express acceptance, except to the extent a legal requirement makes an immediate change necessary.
20.2 Necessary temporary security measures may apply immediately, with an explanation as soon as reasonably possible. They must not become an undisclosed retrospective trading restriction.
20.3 No change removes a reward already earned or converts previously compliant activity into a breach. If you do not accept a proposed material change, you may close under the existing terms, subject to immediate legal restrictions.
21. Liability and outside events
21.1 Each Party is responsible for loss it causes through breach, subject to applicable law. Neither Party is liable for purely speculative opportunities, hypothetical future trading profits or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the Agreement was made.
21.2 Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including applicable liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or non-excludable consumer rights. Nothing excludes our obligation to pay an earned Performance Reward. No monetary liability cap is imposed by this version.
21.3 A Party affected by an event outside reasonable control must notify the other where practical and take reasonable steps to reduce its effects. The event may excuse affected performance while it continues, but does not automatically extinguish accrued payment obligations. Lack of funds alone is not such an event.
22. Complaints and disputes
22.1 Email support@fundediq.com with the subject "IQ Account Complaint", your account reference, the issue and the outcome sought. We acknowledge within two Business Days and aim to provide a reasoned response within 15 Business Days. If longer is necessary, we explain why and update you at least every five Business Days.
22.2 You may request internal reconsideration within 30 calendar days of the decision. Where practical, a different reviewer assesses it and responds within ten Business Days after receiving the relevant information. These internal periods do not shorten a statutory limitation period or remove court or regulatory rights.
22.3 The Parties will attempt resolution in good faith. This does not prevent urgent relief, a regulatory complaint or action needed to preserve a legal deadline.
22.4 The Agreement is governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you. Its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. You retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another competent court. There is no mandatory arbitration provision.
23. Notices and general provisions
23.1 Formal notices may be sent to your verified email, support@fundediq.com, or a dashboard process that supplies a durable downloadable copy. Notices take effect on documented delivery, subject to law. Keep your contact details current.
23.2 You may not assign the IQ Account without written approval. We remain responsible for our contractual obligations when using providers. Any company assignment must not materially reduce your rights and must be notified.
23.3 An unenforceable provision is limited or severed only as necessary. A delay in exercising a right is not a waiver. Mandatory rights and actionable misrepresentations are not excluded.
23.4 The order of precedence is: a later expressly accepted account-specific amendment; your acceptance certificate for identity, programme and Initial Balance only; Schedule B for its stated numerical and operational terms; then the main Agreement. Schedule C governs what is included in the signing package. No schedule removes the core simulated-account disclosure, earned-reward protection, right to complain or mandatory legal rights.
23.5 Marketing pages, unversioned FAQs and informal statements do not independently introduce restrictions. This Agreement and its completed account record govern the identified IQ Account. No external challenge rules are silently incorporated into the funded stage.
24. Electronic acceptance
24.1 By selecting "I have read and agree to the IQ Account Agreement" and completing the authenticated acceptance process, you intend to sign electronically, subject to applicable law. No option may be preselected on your behalf.
24.2 FundedIQ records the document version, complete account particulars, acceptance timestamp and authentication evidence. We confirm acceptance and provide a downloadable copy with the certificate. This editable master itself records no trader signature or company countersignature.
24.3 You confirm that your account particulars are accurate, you understand the simulated nature of the account, you have read the risk and reward conditions, and you had the opportunity to ask questions and obtain independent advice. Acceptance does not include marketing or testimonial consent.

B2 Calculation rules and examples
The daily reference is the higher of the posted Balance and Equity at 00:00 UTC, and the daily allowance is a percentage of that reference, so it rises when the account is up and falls when it is down. The overall allowance is a percentage of Initial Balance. Equity must remain strictly above both floors. We use UTC throughout the year; daylight-saving changes do not move the reset. A platform displaying another server time must also provide the UTC equivalent in the rule record. The figures in this Schedule are published from FundedIQ's account settings; the figures in force when you accept this Agreement are recorded with your acceptance.
For an IQ Core account with USD 100,000 Initial Balance and a daily reference of USD 102,000 at 00:00 UTC, the daily allowance is USD 5,100 and the daily floor is USD 96,900. The overall floor starts at USD 90,000 under the static method. Equity of USD 96,900 or less is a daily breach. These numbers illustrate the formula and do not assign USD 100,000 to every account.
For an IQ One account with USD 100,000 Initial Balance and a daily reference of USD 100,000, the daily floor is USD 97,000 and the overall floor starts at USD 94,000 under the trailing method. If Equity later reaches a high of USD 105,000, the overall floor rises to USD 99,000 and stays there even if Equity falls back. On a day when the daily reference is USD 95,000 and Equity has never exceeded Initial Balance, the daily floor is USD 92,150 and the overall floor remains USD 94,000; the higher floor governs.
If a compliant USD 100,000 account has a closed, fully costed Balance of USD 104,000 when an eligible request is locked, Eligible Net Profit is USD 4,000 and the trader reward is USD 3,200. Once that reward is paid, a new IQ Account is issued at USD 100,000 and the new cycle, with its own daily calculation, begins on it. A Balance of USD 99,000 produces no reward until the USD 1,000 deficit is recovered and further eligible profit is generated.
B3 Trading permissions and allocation
| Condition | Agreed term for both programmes |

Schedule C Contract records and acceptance
C1 Documents forming the agreement
This Agreement, version 1.3 issued 4 October 2026, its Schedules A to C, the complete account-specific acceptance certificate and the accepted instrument-specification snapshot form the contract. A separately signed account amendment is included only when it identifies the provision it changes. No other trading-policy document is incorporated by an unversioned website link.
The FundedIQ Privacy Policy must be supplied alongside the signing package. Its title, delivered version, delivery date and document hash are recorded in the certificate so you can retain the notice you received. Privacy-law obligations apply independently; a later privacy-notice update cannot amend account economics. Original evaluation-purchase terms continue to govern that separate purchase and any express refund entitlement, not undisclosed funded-stage trading restrictions.
C2 What the acceptance certificate records
The certificate contains your verified legal name, address and email; entity and authorised-operator details if applicable; customer reference; evaluation reference; IQ Account reference; IQ One or IQ Core programme; Initial Balance in USD; platform and server; agreement version and document hash; instrument-specification version and hash; privacy-notice record; trader acceptance time in UTC; FundedIQ confirmation time in UTC; and the acceptance audit reference. It records "Individual account" for inapplicable entity fields and "No additional amendment" where no amendment exists. There are no blank acceptance fields.
The authentication record confirms the signed-in verified user and the acceptance event. It is not a substitute for obtaining acceptance. Access is blocked until the certificate is complete. Both Parties receive or can download the identical accepted document package, and corrections require a new recorded acceptance rather than silent editing.
C3 Trader acknowledgement
By completing the authenticated acceptance process, you confirm that your recorded identity and account particulars are correct; you have read this Agreement and the attached account information; you understand that the account is simulated; you understand the risk limits, prohibited practices and reward calculation; you had the opportunity to ask questions and obtain independent advice; and you intend to be bound electronically. You do not authorise marketing, public testimonials or live-market use of your signals by accepting this Agreement.
C4 Company confirmation
FundedIQ's acceptance confirmation identifies FUNDED IQ LLC as the contracting party and confirms the account particulars, document version and effective timestamp. Only a confirmation generated through the Company's authorised acceptance process binds the Company. The issued certificate records the authorised process or signatory responsible for that confirmation.
C5 Execution status
This master agreement is not executed. An individual contract is formed only through Section 24 and the complete acceptance certificate described in this Schedule. A copy without that certificate is not evidence of an executed account agreement.
