Acceptable Use and Community Standards

This document forms part of your legal relationship with FUNDED IQ LLC. In this document, we, us, and our mean FUNDED IQ LLC. You and your mean you as the person this document applies to. Read this document together with the General Terms and Conditions and any Product Schedule, programme terms, agreement, or policy incorporated into your Order or account.

FundedIQ provides simulated CFD evaluation and funded-account services. FundedIQ is not a broker, deposit-taker, custodian, or investment adviser, and the balances shown in FundedIQ accounts are not customer funds.

1. Acceptable Use

Use FundedIQ only for lawful personal participation in the applicable simulated CFD programme, ordinary support, education, and approved community activity. Do not interfere with another user, provider, system, investigation, or security control.

2. System Abuse

• Unauthorised access, probing, scanning, credential attacks, scraping, reverse engineering, malware, denial of service, or excessive automated requests
• Bypassing rate limits, access controls, geographic controls, authentication, payment checks, or technical protections
• Harvesting personal data, session tokens, credentials, platform data, or non-public content
• Using FundedIQ infrastructure to host, transmit, conceal, or coordinate unlawful activity

3. Communications and Content

Do not submit threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing, impersonation, fraud, illegal content, malicious code, or another person's confidential or intellectual property. Criticism and good-faith complaints are permitted. We may moderate public content and preserve relevant evidence.

4. User Content Licence

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant FundedIQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, translate, and display it only to operate the service, respond to you, enforce rules, and use a testimonial where you separately consent. The licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to backups, legal records, and content already lawfully shared.

5. Reporting and Enforcement

Report security concerns or harmful content to support@fundediq.com. We may remove content, limit a feature, suspend access, or terminate for a proportionate reason. A good-faith security report is not treated as abuse if the reporter avoids harm, privacy intrusion, persistence, extortion, and public disclosure before reasonable remediation.
